This included managing vendor relationships and collaborating with outside agencies to ensure each project enhanced user experience and aligned with strategic goals.
During my time at Visit Fort Worth, I implemented a media relations strategy and content plan that drove substantial digital growth, including a 176% increase in audience reach and a 120% rise in user engagement, plus a 1600% increase in video views. Additionally, I spearheaded influencer partnerships and national brand collaborations that resulted in an increase in overall impressions, helping to position Fort Worth as a premier consumer destination.
At Billy Bob’s Texas, I managed a $700k marketing budget, directed paid advertising, and collaborated across departments to create sales-driven content that boosted revenue in ticketing, private events, and culinary services. My role as Director of Marketing allowed me to hone skills in budget management, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven campaign optimization.
In my role as Digital Marketing Manager at Dickson Productions, I rebranded digital marketing efforts by creating and executing detailed content calendars to maximize audience engagement. I handled online merchandising, mobile app management, and on-site media coordination at festivals, along with designing graphics for various promotional materials. At Cingle Records, I served as both Marketing and Social Media Manager, managing content across platforms to promote artists and their work.
